IT Senior Consultant for our Technology Department (m/f) - Job based in Luxembourg

Position summary

Our technology consultants provide major financial institutions, large public entities and global organisations with customised solutions and strategic advice, for both technical, process and organisational aspects, covering most IT domains. 

You will have the opportunity to:

• Participate in technology strategy formulation, implementation and planning in alignment with business priorities  
• Work on, and possibly lead, designing architectural mappings and solution modelling  
• Deliver proposals, involving different expertise and levels of seniority 
• Integrate IT systems into businesses for maximum effectiveness  
• Participate in, and even plan/deliver efficiency studies covering cost structures and operational maturity  
• Perform services assessments and develop due diligence reporting  
• Develop Digital agendas and roadmaps, and next-generation technical solutions  
• Provide coaching to junior staff   

To fit in the role, you also:

• Contribute to new business and proposal development 
• Hold a Master's degree and at least 4 years of technology consulting or relevant industry experience 
• Have a prior professional experience in IT Strategy, IT Business Management, Cloud & Infrastructure, or Systems Engineering 
• Are proactive and dynamic, you pay attention to detail and have a client-orientated approach  
• Demonstrate proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objective 
• Perform project tasks independently and may direct the efforts of others  
• Demonstrate your people skills that will enable you to build lasting and trusting relationships with our clients and company teams
