Your Tasks:

Administration and maintenance of the IT infrastructure (firewalls, VPN, switches, MDM)

Creation and modification of manuals and documentation

Implementation of user training courses

Installation and configuration of end devices (e.g. PC, notebook, printer) and servers

Administration of applications and control of system monitoring

Cross-site analysis and rectification of faults

Support in the planning and implementation of IT projects
