INTERNSHIP PRODUCT DESIGNER (M/F)

COVET GROUP is a Portuguese company with a proven experience in the design and luxury furniture field, our goal being to elevate the Portuguese Design to a worldwide level. With a powerful vision about the future, we have 15 internationally recognized furniture and lighting brands and we are present in 97 countries.  

MAIN TASKS:

Helping develop research materials (DESIGN MINDS) for the concept and development of the project;

Providing the development of design and re-design products for different brand collections;

Participating in the development and discussions of new products, as well as in the realization of the final product.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

English – at least B2

3D STUDIOMAX skills

Communication skills

Teamwork

International and multicultural vision

Bachelor’s degree in the Design field

Creativity and out-of-the-box ideas

Good knowledge of SOLIDWORKS, Keyshot, V-Ray, Photoshop and Illustrator

QUALIFICATIONS:

1 to 2-year experience in this area and ability to work with Office -preferred

Preferably students from Design, Product Design or other related specializations.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Full time internship (40 hours/week)

Schedule: Monday to Friday

The company does not offer any financial compensation, but the students interested in performing internships in our brands and departments have the possibility to get hired after the end of the internship period.
