Are you looking for a new challenge in internal sales? You speak Dutch and German? Do you approach customers proactively and seek a solution to every problem? You would like to look after customers in the Benelux? Then we are looking for you with your professional and personal expertise as an internal sales employee (m/f/d) for direct recruitment at our client's production site in Kleve. Our client is one of the leading companies in the region. 

 

Your tasks 

- Supporting and assisting the sales representatives and customers in the assigned sales areas of the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg in Dutch

- Telephone order taking, information on product enquiries, availability and delivery times, reliable advice on alternative articles 

- Documentation of all business-relevant incidents in the CRM system

- Maintenance of the customer base in the ERP software 

- Preparation of customer visits 

- Preparation, correction and dispatch of quotations 

- Timely and correct recording of all orders

- Complaint processing 

- Dispatch control

 

Our requirements 

- Business fluent Dutch and very good written and spoken German skills

- At least 2 years of professional experience in the field of sales support

- Successfully completed commercial training or a degree with a focus on business studies 

- Enjoy telephone and personal contact with customers 

- Confident handling of customers and experienced cooperation with field staff in person, by telephone or via e-mail 

- Very good user knowledge of the MS Office package 

- Strong service mentality 

- Structured and independent way of working 

- High quality awareness of your own work
