Your tasks •Collaborating with the business development manager to identify potential software customers in Luxembourg; •Supporting our business development team with the preparation of software proposals and answering RFPs; •Presenting our software product to potential customers and providing consultation regarding best practices; •Analyzing potential customers’ processes in detail to identify return on investment for software projects; •Evaluating and analyzing software customers’ requirements in order to successfully implement the product in close collaboration with the implementation and development teams; •Conducting software trainings; •Supporting existing clients in close collaboration with the helpdesk team; •Achieving annual sales targets in close collaboration with the business development manager; •Participating and representing the [redacted] Group in promotional activities, trade shows and conferences locally and internationally; •Fulfilling project management tasks Your profile •A Bachelor degree in business administration, business informatics, or an equivalent field; •Knowledge of intellectual property and technical sales required; •Experience in an IP law firm environment is advantageous; •Strong analytical skills and technical affinity; •Sales-oriented mindset; •Ability to handle high workload and apply attention to detail under pressure; •Structured work approach and self-motivated personality with a strong team spirit; •Experience with Salesforce.com or any other CRM is advantageous; •Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is a must, German and French is considered as an asset; •Comfortable working with international colleagues and customers in a dynamic environment; •Willingness to travel.
