- You create and validate, in the context of a specific IC project or improvement, the required test solution in order to contribute to the achievements of the project's targets in terms of product specification, cost, quality and timing
- You ensure the test solution robustness for sustainable manufacturing
- You drive continuous improvements by managing global projects
- You ensure that all people management, processes and related practices are professionally implemented within your team
- You give special emphasis in optimizing the learning through developing and coaching the team members in their assigned projects
OUR PROFILE
- You hold an Engineering Degree in the field of electronics engineering, and have more than 5 years experience in the (micro-)electronics field.
- You have a successful track record in managing a team, and are used to working with virtual teams.
- You are passionate about microelectronics / sensors or related technology.
- You have experience with integrating different cultural background, and have ideally worked in and/or with the automotive industry.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- You are willing to travel up to 30%.
