HR Field Position:

Your role:
You will have a key role in encouraging, supporting, and developing our team, ensure the smooth operation of the brand and lead projects of strategic importance for the brand in cooperation with the HR Manager.

Position:
- Lead the recruitment and hiring process.
- Support and coordination with HR Manager and Operations team in HR related issues.
- Support the Engagement survey process.
- Support in the implementation of retention strategies.
- Support the Team Members Development through the Personal Performance Management process and training plans.
- Ensure legal compliance in all HR related matters.
Successful Candidate Profile
- At least 1-2 years’ experience in an HR role preferably in restaurant or customer service operations
- Human Resources academic background or a degree in a related field
- Excellent verbal and written knowledge of Greek and English
- Passion for work and Teamwork spirit
- Good knowledge of relevant Cyprus Law and legislation
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic, changing environment
