YOUR TASKS

  • HR administration of employee life-cycle processes: processing of new hires and exits, preparation of employment contracts, certificates etc.
  • Maintenance of personnel records and personnel data processing for reports preparation
  • Processing of incoming inquiries and requests from line managers and employees as well as authorities and social security institutions
  • Support in payroll preparation in cooperation with the international payroll team
  • Contribute to further optimisation and improvement of operational HR processes

YOUR PROFILE

 

  • Professional qualification or a Bachelor's degree (ideally in Human Resources) and experience in HR administration
  • Knowledge of rules and regulations in the field of social security regulations, (international) labour law and employment tax law is beneficial
  • Ability to work independently and consistently deliver expected results
  • Hands-on mentality and focus on continuous improvement
  • Confident user of MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
  • Business proficiency in German and English, additional languages are an advantage
