Head Chefs required for 4 star hotel in Dublin, Meath and Kildare.  Excellent opportunity to join a long established Hotel Group.

Responsibilities:

  • All kitchen areas
  • Be responsible for all food ordering
  • Ensure a high standard of food and hygiene at all times
  • Take responsibility for training kitchen staff
  • Implement a plan with management team for functions and special events
  • Work with the management team to bring new menus in the restaurant
  • Implement HACCP

Required

  • Minimum of 2 years in a similar role in a 4 star hotel
  • People Management
  • Innovative and organised
  • Fluent English
  • Eligible to work in Ireland
