The Supply Chain Excellence function is operating within our differentiated Value Chains. You will be offered the opportunity to join the Execution and Flow team, with reference to the Process Expert Manager. What is the job about?

The Execution & Flow team process area covers the material flow processes of inbound, Warehousing, Internal production logistic and outbound. Your role as Senior Process Expert will cover deep process knowledge of how Grundfos is executing these best practices processes and how to transfer this knowledge into continuous improvements with a global perspective.

 

Your time is spent between participation in development projects, which range from smaller short-term projects to large, strategic and operational projects such as traceability of products, Warehouse Management upgrades, SAP 4/HANA innovations, stock take policy etc.  Alongside you will be solving issues and acting as sparring partner for the operational side of Grundfos, which could include local process analysis & understanding, training activities, SAP change requests, process documentation and training material. Tasks which all will strengthen our capabilities and performance of the end-to-end material flow.

You will be working within the SAP Warehouse Management system but we are currently looking into the use of Extended Warehouse management (EWM). Furthermore you can work with new technologies within digital solutions which are related to optimizing material flow such as AGV solutions, Robotics, RFID, etc.

As Supply Chain Excellence is a function with dependencies between several functions within Grundfos, you will have close collaboration with colleagues and key stakeholder within the whole Grundfos group.



You join a department of 17 global process experts divided in different process teams. To do so, we always consider processes end-to-end and customer-focus, just as we listen to and collaborate with the local managers and employees, whose jobs we influence,” says Nanna Brændstrup.

 

What do you need to apply?

You are an experienced candidate with several years of experience with optimizing processes and to be a success in this role you have an interest in material flow optimization.

You have the personal clout to bring process improvements from idea to implementation. You are self-driven, committed and have a positive curious mindset, seeing opportunities within our material flow processes. Furthermore you thrive in an environment with a combination of project related tasks and general process development. Influencing our processes will require change management skills, so it is important that you can identify and deploy the right interventions to adopt behaviors, concepts and solutions.

At the same time, you have the analytical and structured mindset to maintain an end-to-end process overview, and you have:

  • Relevant educational background degree within Supply Chain or logistics or similar work experience
  • E2E Supply chain understanding preferable within warehousing and physical material flow processes
  • Experience in SAP is an advantage, preferable in Warehouse Management
  • Ability and interest to understand local and global processes
  • Intercultural understanding
  • Communicate effortlessly in English, both in writing and spoken.
  • Interest in utilize digital solutions

As this is a global position, you will be able to work from any Grundfos office on a global scale.
