Currently, we are looking for a candidate for a position of:
GLP/DM Migrations Specialist
Job Description:
We look for candidates for a new GLP sub-team that is responsible for circuit migrations based on cost-saving and network efficiency needs. This cell-based sub team will be specialized to perform hese migrations from A to Z, without field operation type of work. Current projects - TDM to ETH type 4 migrations, BT WES migrations, Bouvets site closure, ATM Bitstream and others soon.
We require:
Minimum secondary education is a must
English on minimum B2 level both, spoken & written (daily communication to client)
Experience with delivery management for at least one year, understanding of end-to-end provisioning process mainly for PIP & SG-SO ckts, advanced understanding of ESP, F&E, PVC design
Ability and willingness to develop skills in telecommunications/networking field, with focus on L2 & L3 provisioning, testing of new circuits, performing upgrades/downgrades, PVC reroute, location & ckt type changes of current lines
Knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP protocol, OSI model, IP addressing & subnetting, DSL/P2P/MPLS, CISCO certificates is advantage, not necessary at the beginning
Ability to support OOH hotcut & Mastars activities (only few times per month, nights mainly)
Clear criminal record
