Role and responsibilities

This is an exciting new position at ALLU. We are looking for a dynamic Global CRM Co-ordinator to join our team and help implement and manage the CRM system and train our sales team. Are you a dynamic flexible outgoing person who is quick to learn and has a strong customer-first mindset? You may not have all the experience, but for the right person with a can-do attitude, it is a great opportunity to kick start your career in Sales and Marketing.

You will report to the VP for Sales and to the Global Marketing Lead. Your initial location of work is Pennala (near Lahti). At a later stage, it is possible to also work from home. Hours may vary due to global requirements. 

This position is initially a 12-month contract, with a possibility for a permanent extension.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage our new CRM System and train the global team to use CRM. 
  • Plan and conduct user research at every stage of the customer life cycle, by performing data analyses and post-activity evaluations.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team, with the Analytics and Marketing Lead to establish meaningful insights through data mining with the aim of optimizing ROI and increase Reactivation & Retention rates.
  • Chase up on any outstanding activities, and work closely with the sales team whilst measuring and reporting CRM performance metrics.
  • Analyse the results of CRM campaigns and help to improve the effectiveness of new strategies, to be able to offer the most appropriate product to each customer.
  • Responsible for identifying key trends and factors influencing customer behaviour, like customer activity and loyalty.

Requirements

  • 1-4 years prior experience in the CRM field using Salesforce, Dynamics, marketing analytics or similar tools.
  • Sharp analytical skills and a can-do attitude to deal with fast changes and the ability to work at a high pace.
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiar with dashboard reporting tools.
  • Ability to generate new, unique ways of analysing data and skilled on data visualization of results and KPIs.
  • You must be fluent in English, both oral and written or a native speaker. Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of end-users and technical resources.
  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail is a must.
  • Previous experience in the construction, engineering or manufacturing industry sectors is a bonus.
  • Ability to speak another language; Finnish, German, French, Swedish, is a bonus but not essential as our company language is English.
  • You have a valid permit allowing you to work full-time in Finland.
