Global Commodity Manager - Rotor Blade Materials (f/m)



Experience required: 3 or more years of professional experiences in strategic sourcing



Job Description :

 - Global coordination of Senvion’s blade material purchasing - Development and realization of sourcing strategies with respect to price, quality and security of supply - Analysis of existing and new sourcing options and opportunities and Negotiation and finalization of supply agreements  - Close cooperation with R&D, production engineering and quality assurance - Close cooperation with operation sourcing teams in Europe as well as  in China and India with respect to cost-saving initiatives, global and local supply & demand planning, development projects and material & sup-plier qualification - Analysis of global procurement markets and product innovations and Identification and realization of cost-saving measures  - Continuous improvement of existing business processes within the blade factory teams - Participation in inter-disciplinary projects

Desired Skills and Expertise:

 - Academic degree in Business Administration, Economics or Business Engineering



 - Good experiences in contract management and law, supplier evaluation and selection - Basic skills in project management - Analytical, conceptual and targeted working method - Assertive on all levels, sophisticated presentation skills - Excellent and confident communication skills



 - Team oriented and proactive - Correct and reliable also under time pressure - Willingness to international travel - Good user skills in SAP, MS Office - Good Knowledge of Portuguese and English (Business fluent), German as a plus
