German-speaking customer support representative

Then we might be a match! We are looking for German-speaking customer support representatives to join our international team in southern Estonia.

WHY YOU?

  • You are an European national with strong German skills (level C1 required)

  • You enjoy advising and helping customers over phone and via email, being customer- and solution-oriented

  • You are an honest, kind and open-minded person with a positive attitude towards both colleagues and customers

  • Ideally, you already have previous experience in customer service, but this is not a must

  • You are an experienced computer user

  • You possess strong attention to detail, you are a quick learner and independent problem-solver

  • You believe in continuous development

  • You like working in shifts 

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Answering questions about the sale and billing of electricity, gas, water and wastewater via phone, e-mail and mail

  • Helping the customer by clarifying the inquiry, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem

  • Updating customer database with relevant information

  • Acquiring new customers through up- or cross-selling

  • Contributing to team effort by meeting personal/team sales targets
