The key responsibilities for Customer Service will be:
Up to €25000 per annum
- Handling queries regarding covers, claims, complaints.
- Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Developing extensive and sound product knowledge.
- Providing accurate, valid and complete information to the clients.
- Multi-tasking of ad hoc assignments.
- Delivering a high-quality service and committing to continuous improvements.
- Providing outstanding customer service to clients.
- Fluency in German & English, both verbal and written.
- Experience in a customer focused role or call centre environment.
- Ability to work individually and within a team.
- Flexibility to work shifts.
- Proven experience working with Microsoft Office package i.e. Excel, Word.
- Ability to work under pressure.
