We are recruiting for an experienced Gaming Services Manager currently vacant in Malta. The candidate will oversee our casino’s extensive game library to foster healthy relationships with game providers.

Games Services Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop service procedures, policies, and standards with first game providers and internal front line teams.
  • Provide 2nd line support to the business in investigating any game-related fraudulent activities.
  • Work closely with game providers in escalating and ensuring issuers and prioritised and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with providers on license-related requirements and track performance of game providers vs Support SLA’s
  • Mentor junior members of the team and provide training for customer care

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar management role
  • Advanced troubleshooting, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
  • Ability to think strategically, to lead, and make prompt decisions
  • Working knowledge of different game provider back offices
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Good project management skills
  • Good technical knowledge
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is absolutely mandatory

Skills:

  • Team player with excellent communication skills
  • Quick learner and able to work well under pressure
  • Willing to work flexible hours when needed
