FULL STACK JAVA SCRIPT LEAD
Responsibilities:
- Contributing to Design, Development & Deployment
- Leading development & code review activities
- Mentorship/sharing with other members of team
- Contributing to release planning & impact analysis
- Building code, bugs fixing, refactoring
- Taking part in sprint planning meetings to gather information about requirements and to estimate development effort
- Status reporting in daily stand-ups
- Interacting with the Client on technical questions
Required skills and experience:
- Experience of commercial software development of at least 5 years
- Experience of team leader responsibilities of at least 1 year
- Good English written, spoken and reading skills
- Experience in practicing Agile/Scrum methodology. Scrum master experience or equivalent
- Proven verbal and written communication skills, ability to clearly articulate complex issues, presentation skills
- Thorough knowledge of software development life cycle
- Ability to provide realistic effort estimates and be committed on implementing within time and quality
- Analytical thinking, proactive attitude, self-motivation, team-motivation demonstrated through past experience, capability to solve internal team issues
- Working knowledge of object-oriented analysis and design experience
- Good knowledge of JavaScript, modern JS-frameworks and libraries
- Experience with MEAN stack
- Experience with NoSQL and/or SQL databases
- Good understanding of server-side languages including experience with cloud message APIs and usage of push notifications
- Experience with configuration management tools: Git, Maven and others
Desirable skills and experience:
- Understanding security and data protection
- Experienced with back-end programming languages
- Experience developing for both mobile and desktop
