Job requirements

bluegr Hotels & Resorts Group is looking for a new hotel for Minos Palace hotel & suites (season 2024):
 FRONT OFFICE MANAGER

Our ideal candidates should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism Studies or Business Administration
  • Previous experience in a similar position/department in 5-star hotels
  • Excellent knowledge of Protel, MS Office
  • Back office skills, financial management of the reception
  • Excellent knowledge of English language, knowledge of second foreign language desirable
  • Excellent written and oral communication in Greek and English.
  • Organizational skills and ability to solve problems.
  • Proven experience in managing complaints.
  • Communication skills
  • Responsibility and Ability to make decisions and take initiatives.
  • Team player.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Willingness to succeed and develop
  • Passion for Excellence and Hospitality
