French/German speaking Inside Sales Account Manager

Tasks:

• building long-term relationships with customers and sell them what they want!
• trying to understand your customer needs and fulfill their needs
• selling and promoting the company’s products with different strategies
• increasing growth and revenue
• forecasting business opportunities
• planning sales campaigns
• preparing sales offers 
• coordinating the end to end process in the sales cycle (from request of proposal until delivery)
• issue resolution regarding billing, delivery, ordering

Requirements:

• Ability to meet the customers’ needs
• Cooperative and positive attitude
• Degree level or equivalent job experience
• Previous experience in customer facing roles is an advantage
• English and German/French on a fluent level is a must
