French speaking issue coordinator

Tasks:

• Your job will be to help our clients like city management centers, factories and internet service providers
• Handling queries from external clients
• Holding contact with the clients and the on-site behalf colleagues
• Providing lead to the local service providers and on-site behalf colleagues
• Following up requests and escalating cases to the relevant experts
• Service status lookup and reporting
• Solving case status reports In this role it is up to you if one of the cities have access to the internet or not.
• Can you help us keeping alive? 

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and French
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• A ‘Can-do’ attitude with a team-player attitude who can also work as an Individual
• Experience in SSC or in First line Analyst position is an advantage
• Multitasking with great time and stress management skills
• The ability to learn new things
