Near-native and outgoing French speakers wanted for a fast growing and exciting customer care team here in Bucharest.

Your enthusiasm and customer focused attitude is what we’re looking for here along with excellent communication skills.

This is a 40-hour week position in Bucharest with an extremely proud Irish company that has office locations around the globe.

Shift work is involved to make sure you can work with this, along with a great competitive salary, relocation package & bonus structures. 



What will you do in this job?

Your day-to-day will consist of dealing with French-speaking customers and helping them with any questions/queries about bookings and/or exiting. The customers you will be dealing with will mainly be looking for advice on their travel plans so confidence is key here.

But wait – the fun doesn’t just stop there – our client (your new boss) invites you to become creative in helping customer problems (no need to stick to a script like a robot).

Throughout your overall service, our client’s aim is for you and your team members to deliver the best of the best customer service and to ensure that customers have the best advice and holiday’s they can.



Who will you be working for? 

Our client is an International Irish owned Outsourcing Company that provides customer care and technical support solutions to a number of countries worldwide. They are constantly growing, and thanks to that we can offer you this job in customer service once you speak French of course.

The project that they are looking for you to be a part of is for of exciting travel/holiday consulting company that you will definitely have heard of if not used before.



Who are we looking for?

First of all, we are looking for a near-native French speaker, so who has a good level of English. You have excellent oral and written skills in both French and English.



It would be great if you had previous experience in customer service where you spoke both French and English and you are flexible as our client is looking for someone to work in shifts between and you will be asked to work the odd weekend.

You are target driven, enthusiastic and to have been known to have a bubbly personality and you have therefore great time management skills.

 Lastly, we ask That you are a good multitasker as you will be required to support a number of clients on a B2C level.

Interview & Salary

The interview process will start with a quick phone interview, followed by a French Language test. Next, you will be invited to sit an interview with the HR Manager via Skype.

There is a competitive salary higher than the average salary in Bucharest with monthly bonuses, lunch vouchers each day and an excellent relocation package of 1 month paid accommodation upon arrival, max €150 reimbursed toward travel costs and a Monthly rent allowance.
