As a Customer Experience Specialist in our Airbnb account, you will be providing support to Airbnb customers in French and English throughout their travelling experience with Airbnb. You will be promptly and efficiently dealing with customers who will contact you via inbound calls and emails/messages. You will manage all Airbnb customers requests, changes and cancellations as necessary, troubleshoot, providing information and solutions to customers and do so with the highest standards of professional customer care.
