We are now recruiting for a F&B Assistants to join our team.

Key Responsibilities of this role are:

  • To follow agreed Brand Standards for service of Food & Beverage.
  • To serve all our guests in a friendly, efficient and professional manner.
  • To ensure cleanliness levels are maintained to a high standard in the bar and restaurant.
  • To greet all guests in a warm and friendly manner.
  • To deal with any customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.

The ideal candidate must have a professional and friendly approach and must be focused on providing excellent customer service. They must be a team player and have the ability to multi task. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail as well as good communication and time keeping skills. Fluent English is required for this position.

  • Minimum Experience Required (Years): 0
  • Minimum Qualification: Level 3 (incl Junior Cert)

  • Competency Skills: Flexibility, Initiative, Problem Solving, Teamwork
  • Additional Skills: HACCP
