Information
Fota Island Resort are currently recruiting for a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our professional team in the Resort. We have the following postions available:
- Full time salaried postions (must be fully flexible to work all shift patterns over a 7 day period)
- Casual positions paid on an hourly basis (shift patterns can be developed around the specific availability of candidate)
The successful candidate will have a passion for Food and Beverage, be innovative, motivating and energetic for this hands on role. If you think you have what it takes we look forward to hearing from you!
Requirements
- Previous experience is required in a similar role in a 4 or 5 star background
- Excellent knowledge of Food and Beverage
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills
- Adminstration skills, Organisational Skills, Report Writing, E-mailing, Compiling Rosters and Training Plans, Basic Payroll Administration
- Excellent Interpersonal skills
- Fluent English
- 3rd level Hospitality Diploma or equivalent
- Basic Computer Skills
- Supervisory Soft Skills, Leadership and Delegation
