Food and Beverage Assistants

We have a fantastic new vacancy for experienced waiters/waitress in a number of hotels in Dublin, Cork, Limerick, Galway, Wexford, United Kingdom

Objective of the Role:

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the successful candidate will execute Food & Beverage duties for the Restaurant including preparing tables for service, meeting & greeting guests, taking orders and serving food. 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• To ensure highest possible standards of customer service
• To maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times with guests and staff alike
• To ensure all stations are set up for service and thoroughly cleaned
• To promote and encourage food and beverage sales at all times
• To take orders and serve at tables as required
• To ensure minimum loss through theft and breakages
• To ensure that complaints are handled in an efficient and prompt manner and are always communicated to the Manager on Duty.

Requirements:

• Experience in working in al a carte is essential
• Customer focus.
• Attention to detail.
• Ambition to develop
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good spoken English
• Must be fully flexible and available to work 5 days out of 7
• Must be fully eligible to work in Ireland

The Hours:

• Varying hours – depending on business levels
• Must be available to work 5 days over 7
• Must be fully flexible to work a variety of shifts weekends and bank holidays.
