Key tasks:

As a Technical Assistant you will support both the TPR Process Coordinator and the TPR Cost Controller in:

  • Maintain updated team databases and distribution lists.
  • Maintain the organization and consistency on some server folders.
  • Prepare technical documentation and procedures for new employees and the processes.
  • Document real-time MoM.
  • Assist on the preparation and submission of company documents and templates.
  • Assist in the use and support of different programs (Outlook, Teams, ThinkProject!, Intempus, MS Office, Dalux, SkyFish, Relatics, RIBiTWO, Cassius, etc).
  • Assist with phone calls and general administrative duties.
  • Booking for travel needs, meeting rooms or whatever is required by the team.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, administration, engineering or similar.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as administrative, executive, or personal assistant.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience related to construction, engineering projects or big corporations.
  • Experience in similar positions or Industry will be considered.
  • Strong logic and communication skills.
  • Flexible and eager to learn new tasks and software.
  • Professional UK English proficiency (both spoken and written).
  • Knowledge of Danish and/or German will be an advantage.

Personal skills:

  • Structural and very well organized.
  • Friendly and team player attitude.
  • Curious and interested in understanding and help in the improvement of the various processes of the company.

Starting date: As soon as possible.

Workplace: Copenhagen with travel activities to Lolland and Fehmarn.
