As a Finnish Customer Process Specialist, you will be supporting our customer bank advisers in the Nordea Group Finland branches. We will offer you a role as a processing specialist in the back-office side. We support multiple processes- preparing loan documents for private and corporate customers, finalizing investment plan, heritage and authorities related support and also customer journey termination. You will have a great opportunity to play a vital role in delivering great customer experiences as you enable the front office to focus on advising.
