Position Overview

 

We are offering the chance for someone to join BrandHero at an early stage and play a pivotal role in helping drive the growth of the business forwards. We’re looking for an ambitious team member who will become our Finance Manager. 

This person will work closely with business leaders to develop financial models and analytical insights to assist in evaluating new business concepts, turning insights into operational measurements, and help identifying paths to improve overall planning and forecasting process.

The successful candidate will have shown experiences in past roles influencing business owners and supporting decision-making in rapidly evolving environments. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a hands-on role within a heavily backed start-up that is growing rapidly, with the support and guidance from an experienced entrepreneurial team.

What You’ll Do 

  • Ensure the smooth, accurate and timely running of the accounts department, and

    information produced.
  • Provide high quality communications including reports and analysis on finance within

    the business.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and that the business meets the

    regulatory requirements.
  • Build relationships with senior external stakeholders, including banks and other

    financial institutions.
  • Manage a generation of high quality timely financial reports as required within

    BrandHero.
  • Build financial models for new business concepts.
  • Tighten internal controls for program spending and revenue accrual.

Requirements

  • Bachelors or Masters in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics of other

    related fields.
  • Language skills: must be fluent in English.
  • Demonstrated financial acumen and analytical experience delivering forecasting,

    budgeting and data interpretation of business impact and results.
  • Proficient analytical and financial modelling skills.
  • High quality standards and extraordinary attention to detail.
  • Excellent project management, planning and organisation skills, including the ability to

    handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
