Due to expansion in the Organisation we are recruiting for the following:

 

Role of Facilitators:

 

  • Dun Laoghaire, Co Dublin (39 hours per week; Specific Purpose Contract to cover Maternity Leave)
  • Dun Laoghaire, Co Dublin (39 hours per week; Permanent Contract)
  • Dun Laoghaire, Co Dublin (19.5 hours per week; Permanent Contract)
  • Celbridge, Co Kildare (39 hours per week; Permanent Contract
  • Tallaght, Dublin 24 (39 hours per week; Specific Purpose Contract to cover Maternity Leave)

 

 

Essential Criteria     

QQI / FETAC Level 5 Major Award in relevant discipline (eg. health, community, care sector)

Experience working within the care field

 

Desirable   

Experience Working within the field of autism

Experience working in community support

Full clean driving licence (minimum 2 years and aged 23 years or over for insurance purpose)

 

 

Skills/Abilities

 

Fluent English & Excellent communication skills

Ability to work on own initiative

Awareness of Key Worker Role and philosophy surrounding support to people with complex needs

Person Centred Plans
