  • Analyzing and calculating expenses claims based on client policy
  • Training management
  • Settlement of the delegation
  • Deal with the customers via emails and over the phone
  • Listen to the customer queries and solve it
  • Respond to the problems of the customer promptly



Requirements: 

 

  • Fluent English
  • Good command of French
  • Customer orientation and proactive approach
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
