Assiste un ou plusieurs responsable(s) (cadre dirigeant, directeur,...) afin d'optimiser la gestion de leur activité (gestion de planning, organisation de déplacements, communication, préparation de réunions, accueil, ...). Organise et coordonne les informations internes et externes, parfois confidentielles, liées au fonctionnement de la structure. Peut prendre en charge le suivi complet de dossiers (contrats divers, suivi de relance clients, gestion administrative du personnel ...) ou d'événements spécifiques Core Responsibilities • Provide administrative and secretarial support with sufficient discretion and self-motivation. • Agenda-planning, schedule coordination and other time management tasks. • Regular contact with high officials from political institutions and industry in Europe in an international environment. • Prepare internal and external correspondence in French, English. • Make preliminary assessment of incoming correspondence and reports and organize documents in several languages (English, French is mandatory). • Priority and urgency management. • Handle confidential files and records, including correspondence; budgets, and complex financial reports. • Maximize office administration efficiency and productivity. • Knowledge of Luxembourg Legal, corporate finance and accounting background is an advantage Qualifications and Experience • Minimum Bachelor Degree any other additional graduation is a plus. A Master degree will be a clear advantage. • Preliminary experience in Luxembourg in international environment is a plus. • Fluency in French & English is mandatory ; • Any other language is a plus • Good Knowledge of standard tools such as MS office and windows
