Would you like to take part in achieving the ambitious goals Cheminova have set for achieving our new product registrations?

We are looking to recruit an experienced Environmental Fate Scientist to our Global Regulatory Science group. You would provide expert advice to support proprietary and generic plant protection products from a fate perspective through the regulatory process to successful registration.

The job will be varied and will require innovative thinking to:

  • Evaluate and develop environmental fate data packages
  • Prepare and defend submission dossiers (including exposure modelling)
  • Develop innovative and higher-tier solutions for risk assessment
  • Follow emerging regulatory trends

The Global Regulatory Science group is located at both offices in Lemvig, Denmark and Harrogate, UK.

You will refer to the Head of the Global Science Group and must expect some travel, largely within Europe, but also worldwide. 

Your qualifications

  • Degree in chemistry or related life-science discipline
  • Minimum 3 years experience of environmental fate studies and evaluations
  • Practical experience in the use of regulatory pesticide fate models

  • You have a proactive approach
  • You have excellent writing, communication and computer skills
