As an ENTERPRISE APPLICATIONS ANALYST at Melexis, you will manage the Oracle applications used in the company, steer improvements of the existing functionality, as well as analyze and implement new functionality in order to support and optimize the business flows. More specifically, you will:
- Develop solutions for business process improvements - implementing new or improving existing modules and functionalities of the Oracle applications by performing business requirements analysis, process modeling, feasibility sudies, prototyping
- Translate the business requirements into system requirements and technical specifications
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders in the company, team members or with third parties involved in the implementations
- Lead small and medium sized projects following the project management standards in the company
- Ensure flawless implementation of the new features or improvements by defining test cases and test plans, coordinate their execution, ensure the integration between the application modules as well as with other systems, following the IT processes implemented in the company

Profile:
- Relevant University degree
- Project Management knowledge and practice - experience in running small and medium sized projects
- Knowledge of an ERP system, preferably Oracle Knowledge of SQL, PL / SQL is an advantage
- Strong analytical and challenging mindset, conceptual thinking
- Ability to work effectively in an international team with strong collaboration, communication and business relationship skills
- Excellent English language skills
