Working as a Lead Financial Analyst, you will head a team of 15 to 20 members in a challenging and engaging role for a new opening in Krakow, Poland. The role requires extensive experience in handling a team, education to degree level, and significant experience post qualification in a similar environment. In depth knowledge of GL Accounting with experience of handling  a team is essential criteria.

Your duties will include adhering to COPC requirements, assisting in handling bi annual audits and other audits, meeting the requirements of management, communicating with clients and managing and training your team.

This position would particularly suit an applicant with a short notice period at their current job, looking to relocate quickly for a new job, a new life, and a change of scenery in lovely Krakow, where the quality of life is high and the cost of living is low.

Job Specification

Educated to degree level with a Bachelors in Commerce or a similar qualification, and extensive experience post qualification, the successful applicant will also be fluent in English, both written and verbal, with extensive past experience handling a team of a minimum of 5 to 10. The successful applicant will have knowledge of GAAP and IFRS, as well as strong end to end understanding in R2R, with knowledge of KPIs and SLA per client requirements.

The successful applicant will have experience in adhering to COPC requirements and other quality aspects, and will have experience in assisting with audits, handling managerial reports. Strong leadership skills are required, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in order to manage conversations with clients, team members, and management.

End to end understanding of Record to Report vertical within F&A Domain is also essential, along with good knowledge of MS Office applications, and intermediate to high level skills in Microsoft Excel.
