Sitecore is looking for a Sales Excellence & Enablement Manager for the EMEA region based out of our Copenhagen office.

Role

This is a mission critical strategic role for Sitecore, enabling the field sales team to maximize their performance selling Sitecore solutions, whether they are a Sitecore seller or a seller of one of our partners. This role will leverage the Sitecore Seller Academy, leverage best practices, internal and external experts to deliver world class seller enablement for the geography.

This role will work with Sales and sales leadership to understand the key development needs and tune the Seller Enablement program in the geography to address the development needs of the team. Also working as part of a global Sales Excellence and Enablement team, this role will also contribute and build our expertise in training and enabling sales reps and managers in the field.

As part of our Sales Excellence initiative, this role will drive and train in selling excellence, monitoring the fields adoption of key value based selling techniques, providing coaching and feedback on how we can execute to an even higher level in the field.

Key responsibilities:

Work as a global Sales Excellence and Enablement team, and other stakeholders, to define, prioritize and agree a quarterly seller enablement schedule for the timezone
Balance the sales enablement of our partners and sellers to maximize effectiveness and impact of the Sales Excellence and Enablement program
Deliver best in class, high impact, sales excellence training and coaching aligned to Sitecores sales methodology and seller academy
Deliver best in class, high impact seller training on Sitecore academy to our partner sellers
Coordinate resources to execute the agreed quarterly schedule, tracking participation, achievements and progress throughout the quarter
Monitor the field execution, provide coaching and feedback, drive a culture of continuous learning across sellers and managers to maximize sales performance
Provide a monthly sales manager summary on progress, observations and the schedule ahead to maximize awareness of development progress and opportunities
Ensure own development and learning addressed to have maximum impact in front of sellers and partners when delivering the Sitecore Seller Enablement program
Be an ambassador and evangelist for Sitecore solutions to our partners and our sellers; support marketing and sales events by presenting high impact sales presentations
Leverage skills, experience and best practices to further develop the Sitecore Seller Academy

Skills & competences:

You have a strong background in sales training, both in seller & manager capability development, as well as training in content for sellers
You have a strong background in successfully selling software, have been a successful seller and sales manager
You have excellent communication skills, high impact & high energy sales training style, generating and sustaining engagement with your audience
You possess the ability to engage and have gravitas with Sales leadership, management and sellers, both Sitecores and those of our partners
This role will require extensive travel across the continent to where we have a concentration of sellers and partners
You are highly motivated, self-managed and organized
You have successfully managed small field based teams
