Building unique electro acoustic solutions



Together with 40 very skillful and enthusiastic colleagues you will join us in challenging conventional electro-acoustic and mechanical solutions to improve end-user and customer satisfaction. It is challenging, rewarding and educative!



In your new job, you will be part of Oticon’s Hardware Function, more specific the Hearing Instrument Platform (HIP) group in Smørum. We focus on developing new triple brand platforms within the field of electro-acoustic and mechanical development. The team works closely together with audiologists and engineers specialized in amplifiers and embedded systems.



Your responsibilities include:



Acoustic design and development

Platform calibration/settings

Production design

Selection of components

Specify, design, test, verify and document electro-acoustical components

As an electro acoustical developer, you will have a high degree of influence and together with your colleagues; you will set your personal touch on the development of the next cutting edge hearing instruments.



Are we looking for you?



We expect you hold a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in engineering, focusing specifically on electro acoustics.



We look for your talent and skills rather than several years of experience. You may have worked with electro acoustic design or miniature products such as cell phones, headsets, hearing aids or similar.



As an experienced electro acoustic developer, you have expertise within sound quality and experience with FEM simulations.
