The successful candidate will work on Murphy Water and Wastewater Treatment projects countrywide.

The position of an Electrical Engineer would suit a motivated, practical and adaptable individual who has the ambition to gain Chartered Engineer status and wishes to work in a progressive and innovative contracting environment. Working under the direct supervision of a Chartered Engineer, and in conjunction with process and mechanical engineers the post holder will support the delivery of a range of water projects across Republic and Northern Ireland and the UK. The design work will include design and planning of fusing and circuitry for electrical power, instrumentation and building services using AmTech or other software package, liaison with process plant suppliers, our subcontractor partners across a range of water projects. The role of an Electrical Engineer within Murphy Water will require the individual to undertake the following duties:
Mainly office based with regular site and client visits throughout Ireland and the UK, occasional visits to suppliers/sub-contractors.
