We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Electrical Commissioning Engineer. Your main goal is to perform and lead the electrical commissioning works at site. The office location for this position can be Vaasa, Helsinki or Turku but you will work abroad for longer periods.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform start-ups and testing of the installed equipment and document the results
  • Maintain good customer relations and team spirit at site
  • Ensure quality and cost efficiency of electrical installations
  • Follow-up the time scheduling and work progress of electrical installations and commissioning at site and report to relevant parties
  • Prepare, arrange and document weekly electrical site meetings according to need
  • Co-ordinate commissioning works with mechanical and civil sections
  • Safeguard the compliance with HSE policy and minimize the risks in own section

 

Expectations:

  • M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering 
  • Working experience in similar tasks preferred 
  • Good communication and team building skills 
  • Willingness to learn and adapt new technologies 
  • Ability to adjust to a wide range of conditions and cultural environments 
  • Good command of English, both oral and written 
  • Other languages are seen as an advantage
