– providing high-quality support to the sales & tender department in EHS matters For our global Offshore Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) department, we are looking for a dedicated and commercial-minded EHS Tender Manager to assist in ensuring a consistently high standard and constant improvement within the sales and tender projects centered on our large-scale offshore wind farm contracts. What are my responsibilities? • Developing, collecting and submitting documentation to support the pre-qualification assessment phase including incident statistics, EHS track records and internal key procedures etc. • Evaluating tender documentation and Turbine Supply Agreements in order to identify risks with EHS implications and bringing these risks to the attention of the sales team • Providing input into the T-LOA (Technical Letter of Authority) and pointing out potential contractual issues to management • Presenting Siemens Wind Power EHS management systems to customers • Supporting, organizing and facilitating customer audits and other third party reviews • Contractual negotiations with a focus on maintaining both customer relations and Siemens requirements • Facilitating continuous improvements to EHS systems and processes What do I need to qualify for this job? • Relevant technical education; e.g. as a mariner, engineer or similar • HSE experience, preferably within the wind, offshore or construction industry • International project management experience including commercial interfaces with clients and subcontractors etc. • Preferably experience from similar position involved with sales and tender preparation and/or other commercial aspects • Structured and result-oriented personality with strong communications skills • Excellent English skills, both orally and in writing • Experienced IT user in MS Office In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
