What you will do

GRADIANT's ambition is to improve society with technology. Within this framework, in the eHealth area we are mainly working on intelligent decision support systems aimed at helping healthcare staff to be more efficient and safer in their day-to-day work. With this objective, we want to continue growing steadily and incorporate a new colleague who can take responsibility for defining and coordinating the implementation of innovative projects in artificial intelligence applied to health technologies.

Day-to-day tasks include:

Leading the execution of projects and taking responsibility for their correct development.

Converting business requirements into technical requirements.

Carrying out state-of-the-art research and study of technical alternatives to the problems detected.

Management and planning of the execution of projects in order to carry them out within the deadlines and objectives set.

Participate in technical decisions throughout the project.

Execution of assigned technical tasks ensuring code quality and good development practices.

Writing technical proposals for Artificial Intelligence research.

Therefore, your daily work will be based on helping your team to achieve high levels of quality in terms of product and process, and contributing to the eHealth area through outreach initiatives.

What we are looking for

Experience in developing applications with Python

Knowledge in Artificial Intelligence (ML/DL)

Familiarity with JIRA.

Experience with GIT and code review procedures.

Strong attention to detail and willingness to search for new solutions to real problems.

Interest in continuous learning.

Initiative and good time management.

Passionate about new technologies and the problems to be solved. And, of course, be willing to offer new ideas.

Highly communicative, able to work with multiple teams: internal and external team members, clients and suppliers.

We are an organisation with international projects, so you need to be able to read and speak English.

 Telecommunications, Computer Science Degree or a related technical/scientific discipline would be an asset.

We are an international project organisation, so your English must be fluent.

It would be great if you have, expertise in:

Research experience.

Experience in preparing proposals for national and international calls for proposals.

Experience in project management.

What we offer

Salary package. We are looking for the right person. Annual salary offer: between 24.000 €BA - 29.000 €BA + variable (10%) depending on the candidate's value.
