On behalf of rehabilitation center in northern Germany we are looking for three:

 

Doctors of medicine

 

We are a vocational-training center with over 400 employees located in Husum, right by the Northern Sea. We are part of the Diakonie-Hilfswerk Schleswig-Holstein (DHW).

 

It is our mission to integrate handicapped, sensory handicapped and learning-disabled young adults and adults through professional retraining and integration methods into apprenticeships or work.

 

Your responsibilities include medical consulting, providing companionship and guidance to young people with hearing and other physical impairments during their apprenticeship. The focus is based on occupational medicine, medical prevention and rehabilitation. Curative treatment arises only in cases of emergency or will be an exception.

 

Your profile:

 

  • Finished studies of human medicine (Master/ state examination)

  • Enthusiasm and empathy for working with handicapped people

  • Social competences: empathy, communication skills, capacity for teamwork

  • Clinical experiences

  • Good knowledge of the German language (at least A2) as well as the willingness to improve your German (you will receive intensive support by us!)

We offer:

 

  • Fulltime employment contract (gross monthly salary of 5.300€)

  • Regular working hours from Monday to Friday (38,5 hrs a week)
