Job description
As a licensed specialised doctor in Family Medicine we expect you to be experienced, able to take initiative and it comes easy to you to adapt to changing circumstances. You have a great drive and the ability to see the big picture. You can work independently and work well in various teams. You can arrange and plan your work and your communication skills holds a high standard both your colleagues and patients.
We require:
Registered specialised doctor in Family Medicine within the EU/EEA
If applicable, specialty registered doctor in Family Medicine compliant with the EU directive EU/EEA nationality
Basic computer skills in Microsoft office
English and Swedish language skills
Terms of employment
Before moving to Sweden, you need to reach B2 level in the Swedish language. Your license as a specialised docor of Family Medicine needs to be recognized by the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare. https://legitimation.socialstyrelsen.se/en/licence-application/.
Your employment will start with an introduction period. We provide further language studies in Swedish to reach the C1 level. If the trial period will be proved satisfactory and you demonstrate required skills recognized by the County Council of Kalmar, it will automatically turn into a permanent employment.
All contracts follow local and national collective agreements. Salary are set individually depending on your qualification and experience.
