Wintour NL is a Dutch Company which provides high quality animation and touristic services at campsites/resorts/hotels in Italy. We select our Staff from all over Europe and distribute them among our teams throughout Italy to work in one of our internatinal animation teams. As an entertainer you will take part in offering a various animation program to the holiday guests. Activities such as MiniClub for kids, sports tournaments, fitness workshops such as aerobic, aquagym and zumba, dance workshops such as hophop, latin and musicals, evening shows such as MiniDisco, game shows, quizzes, sketch shows and Musicals! In consulation with your team leader will be decided which tasks you will carry out.
JOB DESCRIPTION
1.Perform as music DJ and broadcaster when and if required.
2.To assist the Team Leader in to plan and supervise all entertainment activities that needs music.
3.To ensure that all the evening performances and events has a prepared music background.
4.Support the Team Leader in all entertainment activities and games. These activities may include:
- Games by or in swimming pools; Tournaments and sports activities; Fitness activities; Cultural activities, Mimes, plays, act, dance and other performances as directed by the Team Leader or Choreographer; Table games and close-up activities; Quizzes, talent shows, and other Guest-involvement activities; Workshops, dance classes, arts and crafts, language lessons, etc.
5.Be responsible for the preparation of all the audio and lights material required for scheduled activities.
6.Support the Choreographer when required with the light schedule before events or evening shows.
7.Be on station before the evening show begins at least 15/20 minutes before.
8.Advertise by socializing and circulating with guest all opportunities for guest involvement in these activities, taking great care at all times to ensure no guests are embarrassed by or forced into taking part in activities if they resent any such involvement.
9.Ensure the safekeeping of all removable equipment and material including microphones, audio mixer, computers etc.
10.Socialize with guest at all times.
11.Stimulate and help to create a social atmosphere amongst the guests.
12.Participate in all meetings of the entertainment team as required by the Team Leader.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum age is eighteen years old.
European Union member Passports or Identity card as specified by the company and as required for the development of the recruiting process.
Fluent in oral and written English language
Ability to work and (where necessary) supervise in a harmonious productive team environment.
Ability to work with Windows-based computers programs including Microsoft Power Point and Excel. Competence in professional music software is desirable.
Must adhere to strict company dress code.
PAY
500.00 - 1,200.00 € per month
Accommodation is provided free of charge in caravans, bungalows or mobile homes. Daily meals and travel reimbursement up to 100€ are included and covered by the company.
During the Training Academy/2nd interview period in the Netherlands there are cost implications for the applicant of approx.16 Euros a day for food (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Applicants will also have to fund travel to venue. The Training Academy period runs from April 23rd 2016 (arrival day) until April 29th 2016 (departure day) and applicants will need to provide a deposit fee in case of damage or bad behaviour. At the end of this period the fee will be refunded to attendees.
