Typical tasks and responsibilities:

• Management of a fleet of international TIR trucks, monitoring costs, consumes, routes, shifts, driving and resting hours, loading and unloading operations, drivers’ performance;

• Daily contact with clients, suppliers and international teams; use of freight exchange platforms (Timocom, Trans, Teleroute, Transporeon etc.) to find/sell cargo, placing orders, negotiating prices, executing transports in a timely and cost-effective way;

• Develop and maintain an international network of successful, long-term commercial relationships with regular clients and trusted suppliers;

Basic requirements:

• EXPERIENCE NOT ALWAYS REQUIRED
• Stress resistance, initiative, attitude to decision making, problem solving, teamwork in a dynamic, fast-paced environment;
• Analytical and organizational skills, able to effectively communicate and negotiate, teamplayer, highly committed;

Languages:

• Italian and English
• Additional languages: Polish, Czech, Slovak, Bulgarian, Romanian, Russian, Hungarian, Macedonian, Ukrainian, Lithuanian
