Job description:
- recruits, trains, coach, and responsible for a team of Financial consultants;
- delegates tasks, set deadlines, according to the monthly sales and collecting goals, delegating responsibilities and holding meetings, supporting and controlling goals reaching;
- provides qualitative, timely, customer-oriented service to all current and potential clients;
- participates in the sales strategy development and implementation, including developing strategic sales plans that expand the customer base and the Company's market presence.
Requirements:
- good communication and presentation skills;
- customer orientation;
- people management;
- flexible, creative, and detail-oriented;
- a similar experience is a great advantage, but not required;
- driving license.
