For our Nacelle support structure team in the Technology Department in Brande, Denmark we are looking for we are looking for a bright design engineer , who can be a further enrichment to our team. The Nacelle support structure team is responsible for developing the main load carrying components in the nacelle like yaw system, bed frame and tower top flange.

What are my responsibilities?

As a Design Engineer you will be working with advanced 3D modeling and 2D detailing in close cooperation with structural analysis engineers, Service, Production, our project organization and Procurement. More specifically, your work assignments will cover: · Modeling in 3D: Steel, cast iron and plastic parts · 2D drawings and specifications · Prototypes: Implementation of learnings · New product development

What do I need to qualify for this job?

· You have an education as a mechanical engineer, production technologist or similar · You have experience with CAD as well as experience with Geometrical Product Specifications (GPS) and mechanical design. Experience with Inventor, NX, SAP and Team Center will be an advantage · You are outgoing and proactive, and you possess the ability to work both independently and in teams · You are structured and innovative, and your approach to task solving is both technically sound and commercially viable · You have good communication skills and English skills both orally and in writing In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
