Demi-Chef de Rang (m/f)
Your Tasks:
- Is responsible for welcoming and looking after guests at the restaurant
- Ensures that service runs smoothly
- Prepares the mise en place
- Complies with HACCP policies in the restaurant
- Optimizes sales in the restaurant area by means of upselling
- Works independently in the restaurant
Your Profile:
- Work experience in the service sector
- Completed vocational training in the hospitality / restaurant field
- Excellent German or English skills; additional languages are desirable
- Thorough knowledge of wines
- Strong service and quality orientation
- Impeccable manners; a passion for making guests feel special
- Outstanding communication skills and a compelling and engaging demeanor
- A can-do attitude and a hands-on mentality; highly engaged
- Team player
