YOUR TASKS
- assists the executive chef de cuisine, kitchen chef, or sous-chef
- is responsible for preparing and arranging food for buffets, banquet events, à la carte, or room service orders
- performs administrative tasks as required
- plans and organizes the work at the relevant areas
- ensures that service runs smoothly with the kitchen team
- ensures compliance with HACCP policies in the kitchen
YOUR PROFILE
- at least 2 years of work experience in the service sector
- completed vocational training as a chef or hotel worker
- excellent German or English skills
- strong service and quality orientation
- organizational and communication skills
- a can-do attitude and a hands-on mentality
- team player
