As a support specialist you will provide qualitative phone support mainly to our Danish customers but also to all our customers in the Nordic area. We are a young and enthusiastic team, which strives for providing professional service to the customers of our clients and want you to be a part of our team. Earlier experinecs from the servicetrade is an advantage, but your enthusiasm and will to help our customers over phone and e-mail is more important than your education. You are fluent in Danish and master English as well in speaking as in writing. It is an advantage if you master any of the other Nordic languages. Your employment will start with a short introduction training. We will assist in finding a place to stay, travel arrangements and any costs related to the move from Denmark to Sweden.
