Nordiccom Communications in Copenhagen City is looking for a Danish & Swedish-speaking part-time Quality Control Assistant for finance

In Nordiccom Communications we garantee the quality of our products and services and comply with the banks’ standards and code of conduct. It will be your duty to ensure the process. You will be a member of our customer service team within financial business.

Perfect understanding of Swedish & Danish is necessary, as the tasks consist of quality control. The main daily tasks being:

• Listening to calls made to the current customers of Danish & Swedish banks
• Giving feedback to our consultants
• Some administrative duties
• Finnish language skills will be an big advantage

The job is suitable for someone, who requires a part-time job. 

You will work indepently but within the team with mutual goals and helpful collegues in an international environment.

We expect you to be commited, disciplined, result orientated and with a good energetic personality.

We require someone to come some hours weekly to ensure the ongoing quality. We offer fixed salary, good collegues. You will recieve a thorough training.
